Since 2016, NT1R1 has been committed to making education accessible, meaningful, and rooted in faith. Our academy focuses on foundational literacy, hands-on learning, and character development, ensuring each child receives individualized attention and purposeful instruction.

Dr. Yvette McCauley is an educator, mentor, and visionary committed to shaping strong foundations in early childhood learning. With a deep love for literacy, a heart for children, and a calling to serve families through faith‑centered education, she founded Nedlof’s Teach 1 Reach 1 Premier Academy to provide a nurturing, purpose‑driven learning environment for young explorers.
For more than a decade, Dr. McCauley has supported learners of all ages, from early childhood students to seniors in digital literacy programs, always with the belief that education is a pathway to confidence, identity, and legacy. Our Early learning programs for children aged 3 to 4 years is designed to focus on foundational skills and concepts to include language, physical, and cognitive, development, along with emotional regulation, that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

A child must turn three years old between August 1st and December 31st to be eligible.
Our nurturing and stimulating Pre-K program for children aged 4–5 years is designed to deepen their knowledge in language, math, science, and social skills. With a blend of language development, numbers, singing, story time, art and play, along with interactive activities, we aim to meet your child's educational needs.

Our Kindergarten program for children ages 5 and 6 offers a safe, structured learning environment along with a strong academic foundation that incorporates Christian values and a range of challenging and developmentally appropriate experiences to support all facets of student development. Key areas include, strengthening auditory and visual perception, learning pre-reading and pre-math skills, and building social-emotional understanding.

Our first-grade program nurtures the intellectual, emotional, and physical growth of every first grader, preparing them for future success. In addition to introducing students to science and the arts, our first-grade curriculum emphasizes the development of Christian principles. It also covers language, reading, writing, math, social studies, and coding fundamentals.
